Prima Queen have returned with their first single of 2026 - and it's about clinging onto a crush.
The London-based, Bristol and Chicago born duo of Louise Macphail and Kristin McFadden have shared their first new music since 2025's The Prize, released last April.
The song, Crumb, features relatable lyrics about infatuation ("You've got a thousand square feet in my head, concrete in your chest, I don't even cross your mind"), while the instrumentals build on the signature sound the pair are cultivating.
The duo said: "'Crumb’ is about when you are in a state of limerence for someone and all you have of them is a tiny little bread crumb they left you (but you like that crumb a lot).
"So you cling on to that little freckle of hope for dear life, dreaming that one day it could become a bagel, or a baguette, or a sexy little sourdough boule.”
Crumb is out now, and is the first of further new material 'in the months to come'.
