Famed for inducing tears and tinnitus, Post-rock flagship band Mogwai have announced a victory lap UK tour in support of their acclaimed album, The Bad Fire.
The Glasgow outfit, who effortlessly combine music that takes you to another planet with nonsensical song titles for levity, will play up and down the country, hitting cities missed on the first leg of the tour in 2025.
The shows follow an extensive string of dates in Europe and a special outdoor summer show at South Facing Festival in Crystal Palace.
This is one you don't want to miss - having seen them in Manchester and Amsterdam, I just adored everything about the show.
The band remain fresh throughout three decades of intense work - and where else could you get a 40-minute encore?
Mogwai will play:
February 12 - Paisley Town Hall
February 13 - Music Hall Aberdeen
February 14 - Birmingham, O2 Academy
February 15 - Nottingham, Rock City
February 16 - Cardiff, Depot
February 19 - Exeter, Great Hall
February 20 - Brighton, Brighton Dome
February 21 - Portsmouth, Guildhall
February 22 - Bristol, Beacon
February 24 - Norwich, The LCR
February 25 - Cambridge, Corn Exchange
